Experience the RetractaBed in Your Home The RetractaBed combines the look of home furniture with clinical bed functions designed to support comfort, positioning, independence, and caregiver assistance. A 14-day in-home demo** lets you see how it works in your space and daily routine before deciding whether to purchase. Plan your decision early. We recommend deciding within the first 5–7 days. A custom bed generally takes 2–3 weeks to arrive after an order is placed. If you wait until the end of the demo to order, there may be a period after the demo bed is picked up and before your purchased bed arrives.
Demo and pickup terms: - The demo period is 14 days. Because demo beds are in high demand, pickup may occur on (day 15) , even if you have ordered a custom bed. - Purchasing a bed does not automatically extend the demo period or allow you to keep the demo bed until your custom bed arrives. - Any extension beyond 14 days must be approved by CFS **before the demo ends** and is subject to bed availability. An approved extension carries an (additional $500 nonrefundable charge). - We will review the demo dates, pickup arrangements, and any approved extension with you before delivery.
