Disposable products & special orders and supplies will be considered final and non-returnable. Most hard items 14 day return policy based on condition, odor etc. Product instruction received equipment in perfect condition. Restock fee may apply.

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. All payments are processed securely, and your order will not be dispatched until payment is received.

within 48 hours of delivery with:

Description of the issue
Our team will promptly review and arrange for replacement or credit as appropriate.

Special Orders/ Customized
Special orders are non-returnable and final sale, unless the Product is Defective at Delivery. These items are customized or made to order, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing a special order.
PRODUCT DEFECTS AT DELIVERY
Returns are accepted for products that arrived defective at delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Mattresses, cushions, and positioning products
Bathroom safety equipment (toilet seats, commodes, shower chairs)
Opened packages of disposable items (gloves, dressings, briefs, etc.)

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for:
Products damaged during shipping, or
Incorrect items shipped by CFS.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery and supported by photos.
Returns and Refunds
