Refund Policy

Disposable products & special orders and supplies will be considered final and non-returnable. Most hard items 14 day return policy based on condition, odor etc. Product instruction received equipment in perfect condition. Restock fee may apply.

 Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. All payments are processed securely, and your order will not be dispatched until payment is received.

 within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damage

Description of the issue

Our team will promptly review and arrange for replacement or credit as appropriate.

 Special Orders/ Customized
Special orders are non-returnable and final sale. These items are customized or made to order, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing a special order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Mattresses, cushions, and positioning products

Bathroom safety equipment (toilet seats, commodes, shower chairs)

Opened packages of disposable items (gloves, dressings, briefs, etc.)

Custom-built or special-order equipment

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for:

Products damaged during shipping, or

Incorrect items shipped by CFS.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery and supported by photos.


 Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within [number of days, e.g., 14 days] for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging when sent back. Note: This does not apply to special orders, which are non-returnable.

 

Right of Withdrawal

For most standard items, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

However, please note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered to your specifications. Once production has begun on these items, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
