Special Orders
Special orders are non-returnable and final sale. These items are customized or made to order, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing a special order.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy ie " Restock and Shipping Fee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Note: This does not apply to special orders, which are non-returnable.
Limitation of Liability
CFS Medical Supplies and Equipment is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Shipping Processing Time
Our average shipping time for most products is 1–3 business days, and standard shipping is usually free. However shipping fee may apply to some products.
For larger or custom items (such as hospital beds, reclining/lift chairs, and Broda tilt & recline chairs), shipping may take 5–7 (sometimes longer) business days since these products are built to order and require additional preparation time.
We also offer White Glove Delivery for an added level of service. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on your location and the complexity of installation.
