What's the difference between each model?
All three models have the rotation feature. 
However, it depends on what you are looking for in the bed. If your the kind of person that only wants the rotation feature and nothing else, then you would want to go with Fixed Rotation Bed. Now keep in mind the Fixed Rotation bed has no Hi-Low component. This means if you need the bed frame to sit higher off the ground with height adjustment, that would not be possible with the Fixed Rotation Bed. The Fixed bed is for the person who only wants rotation and nothing else. 

-If you're looking for a complete Med-Mizer bed with all the needed hospital bed features then the Standard Rotation Bed would be the perfect bed for you. It has all the fully electric Hi-Low capabilities. With Full Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg Positioning. You can also place safety settings on the bed to prevent accidents like falls. The Standard Rotation bed offers everything needed.

-The Final bed after the Fixed and the Standard is the Deluxe Rotation bed. This bed does everything the Standard does and extra. It comes with a LED Touchscreen for better interface with the controls with a home bed style frame. If a person wants there bed to have a stylish home look, the Deluxe would be the best option. It also has a selection of different mattress options.
